This No Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which Cameron Scott Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides creative services and deliverables to its clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our services or submitting payment, you acknowledge, understand, and fully agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
All sales made by Cameron Scott Media are final. This includes—but is not limited to—custom voice-over recordings, vocal performances, narration, sound design, production consultation, creative direction, and any other services or digital deliverables provided by Cameron Scott Media. Once payment is received and/or services are initiated, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. All payments are non-refundable regardless of the outcome, subjective satisfaction, or subsequent change in the client’s needs.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this Policy in its entirety. Cameron Scott Media provides bespoke creative services that require significant time, expertise, and professional resources. Because of the custom and intellectual nature of these services, all content created and delivered remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Cameron Scott Media in perpetuity. By submitting payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables strictly for the purposes agreed upon prior to production. This license does not transfer ownership. You may not resell, sublicense, modify, or exploit the content beyond the scope of the original intended use without the express written consent of Cameron Scott Media. Unauthorized use of any content will constitute a breach of this agreement and may result in legal enforcement.
While Cameron Scott Media strives for excellence and client satisfaction, no guarantee is made as to the subjective preferences of the client. Revisions may be offered at the discretion of the Company, in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific service agreement or contract. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Any requests received after this time may be subject to additional fees and are not included under the original scope of work.
By engaging our services, you expressly waive any and all rights to dispute, reverse, or charge back any transaction through any financial platform or payment processor. This includes, but is not limited to: PayPal, Stripe, Square, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card providers, banking institutions, and all other platforms or intermediaries. You agree that attempting to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback is a violation of this Policy and may subject you to legal action, including but not limited to the recovery of payment, damages, and attorney’s fees.
You hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Cameron Scott Media, its owners, officers, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, or demands arising from dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, or any technical or platform-related issues. Our services are intangible, custom, and delivered in digital format, which by nature are not eligible for return, refund, or reversal.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from this Policy or your engagement with Cameron Scott Media will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Should any provision of this Policy be found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Cameron Scott Media reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
