All content, including but not limited to voice recordings, custom audio, creative materials, and digital assets provided by Cameron Scott Media Group, LLC, is the sole property of the Company.
The Company retains full and indefinite ownership rights to all materials unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Legal Release & Limitation of Liability

You agree to release Cameron Scott Media Group, LLC, including its officers, members, contractors, and employees, from any and all legal claims, obligations, liabilities, damages, or causes of action that may arise from the use of any materials or services provided.

3. Modifications, Terminations & Additional Fees

Cameron Scott Media Group, LLC reserves the right to terminate any agreement or client relationship at any time for any reason.
The Company may also assess additional charges for extended use, redistribution, re-licensing, or expanded commercial applications of any delivered content.

4. Credit & Attribution Requirement

Use of any voiceover, creative work, or digital asset from Cameron Scott Media Group, LLC requires visible credit on all social media platforms and promotional materials.
Acceptable forms of credit include:

• @cameronscottvo

• Cameron Scott Media Group, LLC

• Naming individual contributing members or employees when applicable

Failure to provide proper credit may result in revocation of usage rights and potential legal action.

By continuing to use any materials or services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Voice-Over Licensing & Copyright Clause

All audio content produced and delivered by Cameron Scott Media Group LLC (“Producer”) is the exclusive intellectual property of the Producer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client (“Licensee”) receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the voice-over recordings solely for the intended and agreed-upon platforms and purposes (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

Commercial redistribution, resale, or use beyond the agreed scope (including paid ads, broadcast, or syndication) requires a separate license and fee.

The Licensee must include attribution as follows (when appropriate or feasible):

Unauthorized duplication, editing, or redistribution of the recordings is prohibited and may result in legal action under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and applicable international treaties.

All content is digitally watermarked and registered. Use of the content constitutes agreement to these terms.
